Some people wants to slim. Some are not. There are a lot of steps to be slim and they are easy.
1. Eat fruits and vegetables more than other foods.
2. Do physical exercises.
3. Eat our breakfast like a king, eat your lunch like a queen and eat your dinner like a beggar.
4. Take vitamin C.
5. Drink about 8 cups of water a day.
6. Sleep about 8 or 9 hours a day.
7. Stop eating a lot of high fat foods or food includes a lot of fats. These steps are easy. Go and try it.
