Be standing under a door frame. No matter what, do NOT be under a table. When the roof falls, it will crush you to the bone.

Next to the table is safe because, say the roof falls, and your next to the table. the table will collapse from all the pressure, but the table will become diagonal. This space between the table and the floor is called the Triangle of Life. So, next to a table or standing under a door frame is safest. I'd say laying next to a table is safest, just because your body is more vulnerable under a door frame.
