The role of a CCM(Customer Care Manager) is to keep check and balance on all customer related matters from the inquiry of vehicle to purchasing and after purchase activities, e.g. reguler and schedule service and maintainance of the vehicle. CCM should make possible to provide as much comfort to the customer as much is possible to win customer's trust and try to improve the services to meet customer's satissfaction level. More than this it also includes in CCM's responsibilties to findout the reason of customer's dissatissfaction and to entertain all the quiries with his best effort and efficiency.
