How do you highlight hair?

you go to a shop that sells hair supplies and you buy something that is called a cap and it has like a bunch of little holes in it and then you should find in the same store a bleaching kit, and with that you need to buy a bowl to put the bleach in and like a plastic stick with a brush at the end of it and you also have to buy developer. wen you are at home read the instructions and you mix the developer with the bleach in the bowl that you had baught, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE BLEACH THAT YOU USE TO CLEAN YOUR HOUSE. then you put the cap on and inside the package of the cap there should be like a little hook and you tak the hook and you poke it in the holes of the cap and you pull out strands of hair that way. once you are done doing that you take the bleach that's in the bowl and you take the plastic stick with the brush on it and you dip it into the bleach and you 'paint' it into the hair. on the box of the bleach there will be instructions saying how much time you leave the bleach in the hair...... once that whole process is done you rinse the hair out and THEN pull the cap off. (if you pull the cap off wen the bleach is still in the hair, the surrounding hair could get bleached or you could pull the bleach off the hair)
