Figures though... You should give it the full 10 days before reporting it "Not received". My taxes have been deposited for four days now and still no card. Moreover, they sent it to the wrong apt. number. Fortunately, I had called them to check on the status and discovered the error. Have spoken with my neighbor who's box it was sent to and to the mail carrier. Hopefully I will get it and not have to report it and wait another 10 days.
