There are 8 glowing rabbits on Super Mario 64. These special rabbits only appear twice on every place a rabbit is. Collect all 8 to unlock the door next to Wario's door

Glowing rabbits randomly replace rabbits that you've already caught. So, the more mini-games you unlock, the more chances you have of catching glowing bunnies. Collecting eight will give you a key to the white door next to Wario. The best way to catch them all is to first get the three on the bridge as Yoshi. Now, still with Yoshi, go into the castle door and come back out. If you see a shining bunny, catch it! If no bunnies are glowing, go back in the castle, then out. This takes a long time to do, and it's worse knowing that that's the quickest way to do it. When you go into the White Room, you'll get a Star.
