The Pokémon that can learnit via level-up are Hitmonchan, Electivire, Magmar, Magmortar, Dragonite, Ampharos, Medicham, Dusclops, Dusknoir, Blaziken and Regigigas.Pokémon that can learn Fire Punch through breeding which would include their evolutions unless they don't have one are Charmander, Nidoqueen, Nidoking, Clefairy, Jigglypuff, Abra, Mankey, Machop, Grimer, Geodude, Cubone, Drowzee, Gastly, Lickitung, Rhydon, Kangaskhan, Mr. Mime, Chansey, Electabuzz, Mewtwo and Mew.
