Where do you find the cacao trees?

Specifically, the evergreen in question (Theobroma cacao) is a woody plant native to tropical America. It serves as a beloved tree since ancient times because of its attractive, fragrant contributions to landscapes and its seed production which yields chocolate and cocoa powder. It will be seed-bearing about 4-5 years after planting.
