Where can young girls get skinny jeans?

I get mine at Abercrombie, A&F, American Eagle, Hollister and Old Navy. I'm 12 but, if you are looking for cheaper skinny jeans, I would go with Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Old Navy or AERO.
