Are dragon claws worse than dragon daggers?

dragon claws hit 8 times a spec but 4 times each spec they've got 2 spec +8 hits for 2soo like if ur using it for pvp or +1 bh (if u don't mind lossing..pvp)its worth it cuz u can rush peeps when they got low hp easy kills. but u don't pvp or some sort dds are about the same but also dragon claws hit 2 times each spec they got 4 spec that's 8 also so ya those if u got some good str those are slo better for pvp cuz if u are low on money. i hoped i helped u.if i didnt im srry
