My dog has a massive lump on the left side of it's head it's covering up it's left eye so you can only see a little bit of it and it's having bad bleeding noses do i have to put my dog down?

If your dog is not in pain or other discomfort, and if seeing this condition is not causing you distress, then you should be able to enjoy each other's company for a while longer. If either you or your dog are experiencing distress or pain, then you have a moral obligation to end this relationship in a humane manner.
