Please How would you reset the car stereo in my 2003 Honda Element after a battery change?

You will need the five digit security code to input via the numbers on the stereo panel. When you turn on the radio you will be prompted to enter the numbers. If you don't have them contact a dealer and they can retrieve them for you.
