What is it called when you can read a date from both ways?

When a date can be read the same way forwards and backwards, it is called a palindromic date. For example, in the format MM/DD/YYYY, the date 02/02/2020 reads the same in both directions. Palindromic dates are interesting because they create unique numerical patterns.
