Oil painting by kothera i cant see all the name so i think its kothera coul you tell me more about the artist?

There is an artist named Engelbert Kothera who painted primarily florals using oil on board. Born to very poor parents in Pardubice, what is known today as the Czech Republic, he originally made a living as an avid gardener and began painting the lovelies he cared for in his spare time. His paintings were very pleasing and he soon devoted all his time to painting. He later moved to Vienna where is works were in high demand by commercial galleries. He was born in the late 19th century and painted into the 20th. Sorry I cannot provide more specific dates.
