Is YouTube shutting down their site?

As of right now, there is no Word about YouTube planning to shut down. YouTube is currently the third most visited website on the internet. The first most visited website is google, and the second most viewed website is Facebook. With YouTube being so popular, it would be hard to imagine them shutting down at this current time.
