Pump it most likely contains any number of stimulant compounds which are structurally similar enough to either cocaine or amphetamine to produce a similar high, but different enough that conventional screening tests (such as those used in a hospital when they want to know what is wrong when you show up at the emergency room after trying them) are not able to detect them.

HOWEVER, if forensic toxicology labs have yet to identify any of the numerous compounds which may be present in Pump it, it is only a matter of time. Once they have they will be able to detect evidence of its use, as they can now for many of the synthetic drugs found in herbal incense and bath salts.

But seriously. I meant what I said about hospitals not being able to identify the drugs.

This hurts you. No one else.

In other Words, if you show up in the emergency room with severe heart palpitations (lasting upwards of 48 hours), extreme anxiety, or paranoia because you took this stuff, when the drug test comes back negative (assuming the doctor is aware of these drugs and thinks to do that) it is likely the hospital will not know how to treat you...as evidenced by the whopping 70+% of poison control center phone calls regarding bath salts and herbal incense that originated from emergency medical treatment facilities.

Consider yourself warned.
