If a doctor and patient are seeing each other prior to the doctor treating her as a patient while still maintaining a romantic relationship is this against the law?

i dont honestly know. but as long as neither complained or had any sexual abuse or whatever i would think it would be ok. but if it was me i would choose a different doctor just to be sure.
