Kits, or young foxes, typically stay with their parents for about 4 to 6 months after birth. During this period, they learn essential survival skills, such as hunting and social behavior. After this time, they may begin to disperse and establish their own territories. However, some may remain in the parental territory for a longer duration before fully venturing out on their own.
