Has Audi stopped making the rs4?

Audi no longer manufactures the B7 model RS4 sedans and avant models, and has replaced these with the S5, RS5 and S4. Audi USA have recently announced plans for a new RS4 avant station wagon, however it is not yet clear whether this will be manufactured or sold in other countries.
