Can TracFone be used in Europe to call the USA?

Your TracFone Service is restricted such that you will not be able to make or receive calls on your TracFone device when you are located anywhere outside of the United States, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Any such usage is considered unauthorized usage by TracFone Wireless and your service is subject to immediate suspension. In the event of suspension for this or any other unauthorized usage, you will not be entitled to receive any refunds for your phone or any unused airtime.
