Cardiovascular disease is a non-communicable disease?

A disease that cannot be spread from person to person is non-communicable. For example, lung cancer can make a person cough. But they won't give me cancer from coughing (though the cough can still spread viruses or bacteria). A person's Heart disease is not "catch-able".
