What does Coleus look like?

Coleus looks like a nettle, which is why its common name is painted nettle.

It can be of various different colours, from dark maroons, purples, reds, through to greens, yellows, Oranges.

It depends on the cultivar to what individual coleus plants look like, they can be different leaf shapes, and sizes, some slower growing than others, but most are quick growers, and can grow up to 2ft.

They can sport quite frequently so you could start off with a broad purple plant and it end up having streaks of other colours, very easy to grow, and brightens up any space.
