To insert an Action Button in a slide, first, go to the "Insert" tab on the Ribbon in
PowerPoint. Click on "Shapes," then select the "Action Button" shape from the bottom of the dropdown menu. Draw the button on the slide where you want it to appear, and the Action Settings dialog box will open, allowing you to choose the action you want the button to perform, such as linking to another slide or running a program. Finally, click "OK" to finalize the action.
