Iambic pentameter.
The rhythmic structure is of 10 syllables per line, split into five pairs - or 'iambs' with the stress on the second syllable, running thus:
'da-DUM da-DUM da-DUM da-DUM da-DUM'.
As, in the first line 'Entrance and exit wounds are silvered clean,' if it were read in strict iambic pentameter, would run:
'Entrance and exit woundsare silver'd clean'.
I hope that's helpful
