Where is the coolant temperature sensor on a Mazda 6?

follow the radiator hose away from radiator its the big black one located on passenger side by the throttle body. it will lead into like a metal housing attached to the engine block. sensor is located right behind that housing is you really lean into the car you may see it but a mirror is very helpful all you need to do is disconnect the cable attached to it by squeezing and pulling out . you will need ratchet wrench and a long 3/4 socket to take it apart it just twist off a little bit of radiator fluid will leak but not much. MAKE SURE ENGINE IS COOLED BEFORE STARTING INJURY MAY OCCUR IF NOT!!!
