How do you make ballistics gel?

Ballistics gel is pretty easy to make. All you need is Gelatin packs and water. For every cup of water, you need two gelatin packs. Mix the gelatin and water thoroughly, freeze it for 30 minutes, take out and allow it to sit for 10 minutes, then freeze it for about 13 hours.
