How do you change the windshield wipers on a 1996 mustang?

if you know where the wiper motor is there is 4 or 2 bolt holding it on. it will just be a bolt not and nuts. thanks

The above is completely incorrect.

First off their is 3 bolts holding it on.

But it is so much more complicated. you need to remove the access panel that leads to the cowl, you need to pry the ball joint appart. a screw driver works, then manuver the motor in a way you can take the bolt off from behind, (hopefully you dont have large hands) (hopefully you do have ratcheting wrenches, although it is possible with out one... just a pain) once that nut comes off, pop off the pieces its holding on, and the replacment is the opposite.... but dont expect the take out to be easy.
