Where is the fuse located for the radio and clock on a 98 rav4?

My radio, clock and cigarette lighter went out all at the same time. Replacing the fuse marked CIG fixed all 3 problems. This fuse is inside the car, in the small panel to the left and below the steering wheel. There are 2 columns of fuses, the CIG fuse is in the left column, second from the top, it's 15 amps. on the bottom left driver's side.
