Do cats attract ghosts

usually, when a cat sees a ghost, it will either purr loudly or hiss while staring into space. it may also try to paw at a ghost, showing that it wants food or a toy from the spirit. animals have sort of an extra sense when it comes to ghosts. ESPECIALLY in black cats!
