How do you hook up a Time Warner tv cable box to vista media center?

First you need a Vista compatible video capture card. A lot of even the good older ones don't have drivers yet. The run setup from Windows Media Center. Or, if your lucky, WMC will recognize the new turned card and ask if you want to run the setup wizard.. Just screw in the COAX cable as you would to a TV set. You should realize that cable is still considered analog.
