Actually I'm pretty sure it takes about one minute because one red blood cell takes a 2 loop cycle before it has made it all around the body. this cycle consists of loop one, taking oxygen poor blood from he heart to the lungs were it obtains oxygen and releases carbon dioxide then goes back the the heart, and loop two, arteries taking oxygen rich blood from the heart to the rest of the body were it goes into one red blood cell thick capillaries then into veins were it goes to the heart to start loop one again.
Maybe it's about 30 seconds ish...
