How can you get rebel hair free on woozworld?

Its good to have a friend with a lot of rebels, then simply ask. That's how I got my rebel and many more people get their rebels. Sometimes all you have to do is find one that is cheap. I got mine for 20 wooz! That's pretty cheap! :D Hope this helped!
