What Pokemon besides another Eevee can breed with Eevee?

well theres ditto but i don't know any more and other normal type Pokemon

You can use a ditto, and it can be either gender since ditto can just become the male/female eevee.

OR since it is in the egg ground group 1, you can have to use a female eevee or any evolutions of it with a Pokemon in the same group, which you can just type in "Egg group Ground in Pokemon" in a Pokemon site.

I bred my female eevee with a male raichu. This enabled it to learn "wish" and if raichu knows "thunderbolt", the hatched eevee will know wish and thunderbolt as well.
