Where is strength in Pokemon prism?

In Pokémon Prism, Strength can be obtained after defeating the Gym Leader in the region. Specifically, you need to earn the badge from the Gym Leader at the Darkwood Town Gym. Once you have the badge, you can receive the Strength HM from a character in the game, allowing you to teach the move to your Pokémon and use it to move boulders.
