Where is the relay switch for 1990 ford 350?

Fuse box for it is behind plastic cover you have to pop located above the brake pedal so check that first for fuses and stuff. Climb under steering wheel and look behind the dashboard a little closer towards the center of the vehicle to find the relays there.
