How much would a medium sized rib tattoo cost?

Adding to this, I want a hummingbird with Calla Lilies and Daises coming up to meet it. It's going to be a memorial tattoo for my mom, she passed away in a car accident. (Mind you I don't want anything large I'm only 16)
