A coin has this expression on one side Post Tenebras Lux. On the other it hasLiberte Independence Egalite. Where is it from and is it 1704 or 1794?

I did a google search for LIBERTE INDEPENDANCE EGALITE. From there I found information on old Swiss Coins and their history. There were only a few minted and then soon recalled. Search it out -- it's very interesting!! See page 328.
