Professionally I would say yes, but it's a good question. I think most states require an operator/QM/or similar & although you may not be applying pesticides, you need a license to register & for liability insurance. Handling organics only will get you out of some minor things in regards to handling/storage, but that's probably all. Besides most "green" companies still encounter situations where they need to step it up to something less green & you must be prepared to do that. Many of the green products (aerosols) actually do contain chemicals in the propellant or by-products that is supposed to disappear so that's a tricky one. I say think green but don't limit yourself. Set up everything as normal & be green in your habits & advertising. It's up to you the expert to decide what products you want to use. Besides you can't really call yourself pest control if you can't legally use any pesticides, even if you prefer not to. The industry has come a long way, but there are not organic solutions to everything just yet.
