IF on the V6 engine: then according to Haynes repair manual, besides the usual 'disconnect battery, remove belt, etc', you have to REMOVE the Right Front Axle (VERY TEDIOUS) , AND unbolt the exhaust Y-pipe (usually rusted). Whole process looks tedious, compared to old, easy access, right-up-front alternators (pivot bolt and tensioner bolt)
