Catch ho oh in fire red version without cheats?

To catch Ho-Oh in Pokémon FireRed, you must first have the National Pokédex, which requires you to complete the main storyline and defeat the Elite Four. Then, go to the Sevii Islands and reach Island 8 (Bario) where you'll find the Ho-Oh at the top of the Bell Tower after completing the necessary quests. To successfully catch it, bring plenty of Ultra Balls or a Master Ball and prepare your Pokémon to weaken Ho-Oh without fainting it.
