A person would have to know the price of every single HDTV to answer this subjective question. What is cheap to someone else might be expensive to you. The price of HDTV sets has dropped the last few years. Some low cost brands (of course this is subjective) are TCL (The Creative Life), Samsung, and Vizio. This depends on the size of the television and other factors such as apps and internet access.
