What is the Pokemon emerald walk through walls cheat?

This cheat can be looked p on google videos, it is known as a "GameShark" cheat where you can basicaly skip the whole game and go right to the elite 4, in Pokemon fire red/ leaf green, you can use it from the start and you walk through anything such as trees, ledges, walls, buildings, cliffs, if you do not catch a Pokemon before entering the elite 4, you will bring out a Pokemon known as "??" and it will have all zero stats, zero health, level zero, so no doubt you will loose.
