How do you repot a cactus?

Carefully remove the cactus from the pot while wearing gloves so it doesn't hurt your fingers, then plant it in another pot like how you would when planting any other plants, except do not water the cactus until the next day and make sure to pack the soil quite tight after planting the cactus in:)
