Why is my Kawasaki Bayou 220 missing or cutting out when ran in full throttle?

sticky ring! run sea foam through the intake and see if that frees it up. I would also run a pint of marvel mystery oil in the crank case for about 5 hours then change the oil to a good synthetic oil.
