Is Carter a dumb name

I do believe that Carter is a very stupid name. My main reasoning for this is the fact that it rhymes with Farter. I know that my little brother's name is Carter and he is a stupid little fart, and he never lets me have my turn on the laptop. So, if your name is Carter, you are most likely really weird and have a sharing problem.
