There are no carbs in burbon, it is the mixers you have to watch. However, there is scientific studies that prove the over 2 ozs per day (man) or 1 oz per day (woman) can slow/retard weight loss. If you're on low-carb diet, don't drink it until you get past 3-4 weeks on that eating plan, then limit to 1-2 drinks with non-sugar mixer, 1-2 times per week... Hope that helps...
