Acetaminophen, also known as Tylenol or Paracetamol, is a pain killer/analgesic and fever reducer. It is most useful in children, infants and people with stomach conditions which would hinder them from taking NSAIDs. Tylenol is becoming less popular due to its harsh effects on the liver, especially in people who consume alcohol regularly.
