The average adult passes out approximately 1.5 litres of urine daily. Another litre of water is lost each day through breathing and and bowel movements. That's about 2.5 liters of water loss each day!

I agree: Plus add in perspiration which can add another .5 liters. I think the average may be 50% urine, 25% perspiration, and 25% respiration.
