No, in fact, breastfeeding (and especially pumping, because you're hooking hard plastic up to your chest and then squeezing it with suction) can actually be quite painful, especially at first. In time, baby and mom establish a routine, but most women are NOT turned on by the process. It doesn't mean it can't happen, but is extremely unlikely. A woman's body does produce the hormone oxytocin to "let down" when the milk flows out, which does happen to be the same hormone that helps to cause orgasm--that is most likely the reason this myth continues.
