What is a small short haired dog that doesn't need much exercise?

Toy and Teacup Poodles make very good pets if you have an apartment. They are one of the most inteligent dogs and thus easy to train. Because of their size, they generaly get all the excersize they need simply from walking around the appartment. Also, because they have hair and not fur they do not shed and are hypo-allergenic dogs. They make wonderful, playfull companions and love to be where you are.
